The experiment was conducted to bilinguals that happened to be lecturers of English Department of Udayana University. Out of 40 active lecturers in the Department, 12 of them (including the researcher) has a translation background as their past postgraduate studies. The experiment was conducted by having 11 from the 12 population size of (7.50% of margin error with 90% confidence level) lecturers went through 10 trials on translation strategy and another 10 trials on translation (5 Indonesian-English and another 5 English-Indonesian). Sentence examples focused on the lack of references and accurate possessive pronouns. Results of the experiment will be counted towards their proficiency in having both languages simultaneously comprehended by using two variables of accuracy and time.

This 10 trials responses were prepared in 2 sets, which randomized evenly to the participants. Sentences appear in both the source language and target language (either in Indonesian to English, or vice versa). Sentences were made by considering the use of references and possessive pronoun in both languages.
