Perceptual Discrimination Task (Random Dot Kinematogram)

This code runs a perceptual discrimination task using Random Dot Kinematograms. Motion coherence is randomised for each trial.

** Note line 191: targetDirection: jsPsych.timelineVariable("coherent_direction") to record motion directions.

Perceptual Discrimination Task with RDKs (Coherence Blocked)

Built with Code Editor

This implements a random dot motion task using jsPsych plugins.

The task requires participants to judge whether coherent motion within an RDK is moving left or right and to respond with the 'z' and 'm' keys.

The task contains practice trials with feedback and four experimental blocks, where the motion coherence of the RDK differs across the four blocks. Breaks are also included.
